Galaxy Express 999 Episode 031

The Angry Planet (Dohassei) is the thirty-first episode of the animated series Galaxy Express 999. It premiered on 19 April 1979 on Fuji TV.

Summary[]

The 999 arrives on the Angry Planet where people are passionate and don't hide their emotions. Meanwhile, a group of assassins, planning to take revenge for Count Mecha's death, attempt to kill Tetsuro. After being attacked by one of the assassins, Tetsuro is injured and stays with an old couple. As the last assassin corners him, Maetel arrives!

""Surpressing anger is man's greatest weakness". Dr. Livingstone wrote this in a village by Lake Tanganyika. It is referring to animals roaming freely around Africa long ago. Tetsuro had the feeling that the Angry Planet was a bit like Africa eons ago.""
